AUDIAGEI is an engineering company founded in 2008 by associates consultants for major projects in France and abroad on behalf of international sleeping partners and main engineering groups and BTP construction groups.

Our consultant activity covers a wide range of services linked to projects management :
- Assistance for the projects launching (validation of feasibility studies, costs analysis and estimate, finalisation of tender documents…)
- Assistance and advice for preparation of building site (transfer documents, execution procedures,…)
- Consultant for organisation and management of project structure (organisation chart, procedures, management charts, tools for management control,…)
- Audit concerning outstanding projects (regarding drift analysis, equipment evaluation, proposal of corrective measures,…)
- Assistance for contractual analysis of risky positions (elaboration of claims, contractual analysis and management of litigation documents,…)
- Training and coaching for project management (executive for training seminars, drawing up of didactic handbook, personified advice at the beginning of the project,…)

Our young company proficiency is based on our consultants experience who have operated on many projects and on behalf of principals either in France or in Africa.
